At Link Score Agency, we take pride in delivering high-quality link-building services backed by strategy, communication, and measurable results. Since our services involve manual outreach, time investment, and third-party coordination, we maintain a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under specific circumstances. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • A campaign has not yet started or any outreach work has not been initiated.
  • We fail to deliver the agreed number of placements within the specified timeline.
  • The delivered links are removed within 30 days of placement (and we cannot replace them).

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Work has already begun or outreach has been initiated.
  • Links have been placed and verified as live.
  • The client changes strategy, preferences, or goals after the project starts.
  • Delays caused by third-party publishers, website owners, or force majeure situations.
  • SEO ranking performance does not meet expectations (as results vary based on multiple factors).

3. Replacements and Corrections

If a published link goes offline or is altered within 30 days, Link Score Agency will offer one of the following options:

  • Replace the link with a similar-quality placement at no additional charge.
  • Provide credit toward a future placement of equal value.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or review an issue, please contact our support team at info@linkscoreagency.com.

Include:

  • Your name and company name
  • Project or order details
  • Description of the issue and any supporting evidence

Our team will review your case within 7 business days and respond with a resolution or next steps.

5. Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Chargebacks filed without prior notice may result in suspension of future services.

6. Policy Updates

Link Score Agency reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date at the top.
